This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website (jastado.com), join our waitlist or early-access programs, and when you use the jastado mobile and web applications (together, the "Services").
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process contact details for the waitlist, account and profile information when you register, usage and device data, and optional Match and social features such as compatibility answers and messaging.

Information you provide: such as your name, email address, phone number, profile details, compatibility and onboarding answers, photos or other content you upload, communications with support, and any details you share when joining the waitlist or creating an account.
Usage and device data: technical data collected when you use our website or apps, such as IP address, browser or device type, app version, pages or screens visited, and similar logs (including via cookies and similar technologies as described below).
Waitlist (Google Forms): when you click to join the waitlist on jastado.com, we open a Google Form where you submit information such as email and name. Google LLC hosts that form; your responses are stored in our waitlist systems (including Google Workspace) and used as described in this policy.
Identity verification (where applicable): if you complete identity or safety checks, we or our verification partners may process government ID data, biometric comparison data where you consent, and related verification results as required by law or for fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Manage the waitlist, provide early access, and communicate about jastado.
- Send product updates, launch announcements, and marketing communications where permitted by law (you can opt out at any time).
- Create and secure your account, authenticate you, and provide customer support.
- Operate Match and related dating features you choose to use, including compatibility matching, discovery, and messaging.

- With Google LLC when you submit our waitlist form (Google Forms). Google hosts the form and processes your responses under Google's privacy policy and terms; we receive the submission data to manage the waitlist and communicate with you.

- With your explicit consent.
